The former leaders of the "Bike the Bridge" tour say they've turned to Tour de Troit to plan Sunday's international cycling event. The 20-mile international ride starts at southwest Detroit's Clark Park, crosses the bridge to Windsor, Ontario, and heads back to Michigan.
